C4 is a Toronto-based assemblage of tinkerers and technology enthusiasts who are interested in the ways questions of privacy, anonymity, surveillance, information, and power unfold in cyberspace. Apart from running a number of workshops that highlight some of the ways activists, academics, journalists, and community organizers can better understand and re-reappropriate communications technologies, C4 is primarily interested in mapping informational flows across networks and collaborating with like-minded concerned digizens.
